NOTICE OF CLOSING THE OFFICE AS OF 01/01/2024
Dear Patient;
It is with mixed emotions that I am announcing I am retiring and will no longer be available to provide your medical care effective January 1, 2024.
I have had the greatest privilege to care for You, your family members and friends you have refereed to me and entrusted with your confidence through the years.
My main focus for the last 30 plus years was always “the earliest possible detection, diagnosis and treatment of malignant and non-malignant breast tumors”.
To obtain copies of your medical records please contact the office at (561) 881-9100 or by Email: rgbreastmd@aol.com no later than 12/29/2023.
Once my office receives the request it will be fulfilled within 15 days. You have few options on obtaining your records:
1. you may pick up your medical records at our location 2151 45th Street, Suite 208, West Palm Beach from Monday to Friday 9am -4pm
2. you may have them emailed to you
3. you may have them faxed to a physician you designate (please provide name, fax #)
After January 31, 2024, you main obtain a copy of your medical records at- Custodian of Records will be listed in December 2023.
Providing you with your breast health needs have been a privilege. Please know that I have greatly valued our relationship and wish you the best of health.

Goals of Palm Beach Breast Institute (PBBI)
While there are approximately 255,180 new cases of breast cancer diagnosed each year here in the U.S., at any one time there are also more than one million women with undiagnosed breast cancer. Identifying these high risk women and treating their condition before it reaches a malignant state, is one of the primary goals of the PBBI.

We provide education to women and their families so that they may make true inform decisions regarding breast health care. We offer a comprehensive referral network which includes medical professionals support groups and organizations specializing in the treatment of breast disease.
Tools used in the diagnosis and management of your breast care health
Annual mammogram for all women aged 40 and older; earlier for women with a family history of breast cancer.
Other tools used besides physical examination include
Dedicated Breast Ultrasound; MRI; breast PET scan; ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration; ultrasound-guided core biopsy; stereotactic breast biopsy; MRI guided breast biopsy; genetic testing.
We offer very advanced treatment to our patients
One or more of the following treatments may be right for you: lumpectomy, mastectomy, radiation, hormonal therapy, chemotherapy or a combination. Breast Care by Design staff will work with you to develop the treatment plan that best fits your individual needs.
Design team
Office staff, mammographers, ultrasound techs, radiologists, radiation therapists, medical oncologists, breast surgeons, plastic and reconstructive surgeons, nurse practitioners, and other specialized medical professionals. We are here to provide you with the care you need and deserve.
